The Caviar of Salt
This is a traditional salt used in Hawaii to season. Alaea salt gets its unusual colour from the volcanic baked alaea red clay that is found in Hawaii. Valuable minerals enrich the salt and make it even healthier. It is milder than most table salts and combines well with soups and sauces.
