Smoked sugar gets its smoky taste under the hands of Danish masters, according to an old recipe. The sugar originates from Réunion – a volcanic island in the Indian Ocean. It has a special aroma where caramel blends with smoky undertones. Use it to add flavour to coffee or hot chocolate by sprinkling a few crystals on milk foam. It is also good for flavouring different pastries and cocktails.
