By the vineyards historically linked to Modena foothills, enclosed between the Secchia and Panaro rivers, going up and down the hills, it originates the Vigna Oro condiment made from Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI aged for about 10 years in barrels of cherry and oak. Balsamic vinegar dressing full-bodied, round and important with woody notes.
