use:
Used as pasta condiment, pour and heat it in a saucepan for few minutes; save a few spoons cooking water, pour the posta "al dente" into the saucepan, add cooking water if needed, blend it for about 1 minute adding parmesan (as required) and lemon zest and/or grated orange (as requested).
 
Ingredients :
Garlic 60%, sunflower seed oil 30%, e.v.o. oil 10%, orange, lemon, wine vinegar, natural herbs, salt.
 
Storage instructions :
Keep in a cool place. Once opened, store in a refrigerator at + 4 ° C by covering with olive oil for a maximum of 10 days. The presence of percentages of sunflower oil does not allow the formation of coatings thickeners in surface when the product is stored in a refrigerator.
 
Shelf-life :
24 months from date of production.
