use:
If used as pasta condiment it has to be poured and heated in a saucepan only for a few minutes, save a few spoons cooking water, pour the pasta "al dente" and add it into the saucepan, add if needed, cooking water, blend it for about 1 minute, adding chopped parsley (as requested).
 
Ingredients :
Garlic 60%, sunflower seed oil 2O%, e.v.o. oil 10%, chilli pepper 10%, natural herbs.
 
Storage instructions :
Keep in a cool place. Once opened, store in a refrigerator at + 4 ° C by covering with olive oil for a maximum of 10 days. The presence of percentages of sunflower oil does not allow the formation of coatings thickeners in surface when the product is stored in a refrigerator.
 
Shelf-life :
24 months from date of production.
