Ingredients :
Aubergine 70%, sunflower seed oil 20%, e.v.o. oil 10%, wine vinegar, lemon, mint, oregan, chili pepper, sellerie, salt, basil, garlic.
 
Storage instructions :
Keep in a cool place. Once opened, store in a refrigerator at + 4 ° C by covering with olive oil for a maximum of 10 days. The presence of percentages of sunflower oil does not allow the formation of coatings thickeners in surface when the product is stored in a refrigerator.
 
Shelf-life :
24 months from date of production.
