Ingredients :
Green olives (Nocellara from Etna) 80%, water 15%, salt 3%, wine vinegar 2%, chili pepper, garlic, wild fennel.
 
Storage instructions :
Keep in a cool place. Once opened, store in a refrigerator at + 4 ° C by covering with olive oil for a maximum of 10 days. The presence of percentages of sunflower oil does not allow the formation of coatings thickeners in surface when the product is stored in a refrigerator.
