Platinum is aged about 10 years in oak and cherry barrels originates from the vineyards in the Modena piedmont area, between the Panaro and Secchia rivers, in up and down hills. It is rich, mellow and important.

Matchings:
Great on matured cheese such as Parmigiano Reggiano flakes. Lovely on meat such as pork escalopes or a beef fillet. Drizzle it over a dish of potatoes “gnocchi” or a simple “risotto”. Wonderful with fresh and sweet fruits, one of the traditional and incomparable parings is balsamic with strawberries. Thinking about desserts, don’t forget to try it on vanilla ice-cream or a piece of almonds cake.
