Sapore | Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP Affinato Without Box
Before being marketed, the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is kept in small casks made up of different wood types, and then it is examined by the Committee of certified tasters. After a strict examination, it is bottled and labeled by the Consortium with the PDO seal. The testers verdict is expressed using a points system to classify Traditional Balsamic Vinegar as Affinato (Refined), and aged at least 12 years. The vinegar must only be bottled in the Ferrari designer Giorgio Giugiaro’s streamlined, unique bottle.

Add just few drops to enrich an endless list of fine food specialties such as foie gras, rare beef fillet, Parma ham, Parmigiano Reggiano flakes, vanilla ice cream, strawberries.
Also, leave a little room for a teaspoon of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar at the end of the meal since it is a wonderful digestive.
