Hard cheese DŽIUGAS Mild, ripened for 12 months, is a cheese with emerging properties of a typical mature cheese. A pleasantly pungent flavour and salty taste gently tickle the palate. The cheese has a creamy colour which is slightly more intense near the rind. The body is hard, uniform and crumbles easily.
